Embroidery is the process of sewing
a digitised design onto garments. Once we have your logo or design digitised in an embroidery software format, it can be loaded
into our computerised embroidery machines for sewing.
Embroidery creates an impression of quality & style.
It is excellent for polos, jackets, caps, knitwear etc.
Embroidery is long lasting and looks and feels very professional.
It’s incredibly durable and will outlast the garment it’s sewn on
We use modern computerised embroidery machines that are incredibly fast and can sew numerous
colours at once. Your artwork is "digitized” with embroidery software onto the automated embroidery machine.
Large, dense designs are more time consuming to produce than simple text designs and therefore more expensive but costs
are not determined by the number of colours in your design, only the number of stitches. Single coloured threads
and stitches are used to create the logo so if the artwork is too small we may need to make some modifications so it is legible.
Embroidery Set up Costs & Prices
Due to our in-house design
facility there are NO EMBROIDERY SET-UP COSTS or DIGITISATION CHARGES, unlike other companies. Our embroidery costs are
based on the time required for your design or logo. In order to provide you with an accurate quote we must see your design.
The artwork is digitised and then computerised embroidery machines are used to stitch the logo or design onto your
items of clothing using embroidery software. Embroidery produces an expensive looking, durable finish which is actually
very reasonably priced and creates a professional appearance.
Some designs may need slight modification before
they can be embroidered. For example, small text below 4-5mm may need enlarging and designs with very fine detail may need
simplifying to achieve the best finish. Embroidered clothes are a great way to establish a corporate identity for your business
or club or staff uniforms.
PLEASE NOTE - it is very sometimes difficult to achieve exact replications of your designs
& logos if they have lots of colour tones and shading. Remember embroidery uses single colour threads and stitches to
re-create your design. We are able to produce estimates but need to see your logo to provide an accurate quote.
